Is it safe to donate?
Yes, the website is protected by an SSL certificate, as you can see from the padlock symbol in the browser’s address bar. This indicates that sensitive data entered on the site is protected. However, the actual transaction takes place on the PayPal and Ko-fi websites, which have secure payment systems.
Do I need PayPal or a card to donate?
Yes. On PayPal, you can also donate with a card: at the time of donation, choose whether to donate through your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card. Whichever method you choose, it is equally secure.
What are donation fees?
PayPal charges 3.40% + €0.35 per transaction, while Stripe (the service that handles card transactions) charges 1.24% + €0.25 per transaction. However, there is a way to avoid fees and send the full donation: click on the PayPal button above and send the money as a friend.
Can I make recurring donations?
This is a very generous choice! You can support me with a monthly donation by activating a membership. Go to Ko-fi and choose the monthly donation you prefer (Basic or Premium).
Of course, all payments will be processed within sales platforms with high security standards.
